CLASSES BY AGE

Infants (0-1 years)

In our high-quality infant program, teachers help your baby grow up healthy and ready to learn new things. We ensure that they are safe and comfortable, create close, trusting relationships with infants and families, and we understand how unique your child and family is, respecting every family's culture. We believe infants learn best from relationships with their caring teachers through active hands on play, by connecting new ideas to what babies already know and can do, and by exploring and making sense of their world.

Waddlers (1-2 years)

Your young child needs a safe, nurturing and predictable environment to develop their gross motor and fine motor skills. Waddlers thrive when they are in a loving and supportive environment that allows them to explore and discover under the careful supervision and direction of teachers who encourage and cherish the child's accomplishments. Our teachers will nurture your child, read to them, sing to them, and get on the floor to play with them.

Toddlers (2-3 years)

Routine and consistency helps your child feel safe to explore and take early steps towards socialization. We provide age-appropriate, engaging activities and experiences that foster gradual independence and encourages language development. The activities change and evolve as the child grows physically, emotionally and intellectually. Our teachers take time to communicate with parents through class dojo, telephone calls, and scheduled meetings.

DEVELOPING THE WHOLE CHILD

Early Preschool (2.5-3.5 years)

The curriculum for Early Preschool is based on the unique daily experience and includes child-initiated and teacher-directed play and exploration. Weekly lesson plans are used to carefully introduce language, sensory awareness, colors, manipulatives, self-expression and story time. Classrooms are set up into learning centers allowing the children to explore areas that are of interest to them.

Preschool (3.5-4.5 years)

Preschoolers are ready to expand their horizons and achievements to seek out information, explore new territory and make sense of all they encounter. Teachers can be found encouraging children to learn, bolstering children's self image, exploring children's interests, marveling in children's creativity, offering a child-centered classroom and respecting children and their work. This unique environment will help children develop emotionally, socially and physically, while also enhancing their self-confidence.

Pre-Kindergarten (4.5-6 years)

Our Kindergarten Prep program helps children advance skills in core pre-academic areas such as literacy, math, and science, as well as in other essential areas such as art, music, social and emotional well-being, and health and wellness. Our child-centered approach ensures that children are exposed to a diverse array of learning activities and that they thrive in all areas of child development, creative thinking, complex problem solving, empathetic collaboration, curious investigation, and astute decision making. Our Kindergarten Prep curriculum prepares children for kindergarten and beyond, with the skills and confidence needed for a lifetime of academic success.
